Turbo Hydrogen-Electric Prius
Summary: "Ignore the great job painting, and glances 2005 Toyota Prius - and orders - like any other passenger vehicle hybrid years on the road. Type That's the point." ; Energy Conversion Devices, Inc. Has tinkered with a Prius so that it burns hydrogen instead of gasoline. But you can not beast lost too far from the mother ship in him, at least not yet. The hydrogen infrastructure is still in the embryonic stage, and its viability is far from assured. One possibility that seems hydrogen electrolysis is attractive by solar energy, which could be adapted for use at home. Using cells from hydrogen fuel instead of burning hydrogen in the internal combustion engine still lead to higher returns and lower emissions, too - but many say that the technology is up to 20 years in the manufacture.
